According to information obtained by Demokrat.az, on June 25, 2021, around 7:00 p.m., when Tural was drunk in the courtyard of the secondary school of the town where he lives, Ramil, a resident of the town who was shepherding sheep there. , did not have the capacity to understand the nature and meaning of the actions against her, that is, taking advantage of her situation of helplessness, he deceived her under the pretext of massaging her back and performed sexual acts against her.
The perpetrator of the incident, Turan, was charged under article 150.3.3 of the Penal Code (committing acts of sexual violence against a person under fourteen years of age).
Turan, who testified as a defendant in the criminal case, pleaded guilty to the charge that was announced to him. He stated in his testimony that the victim previously recognized Ramil as his neighbor: “I have never had enmity or enmity with Ramil and his parents, his father Ali and his mother Sabina. After that hour, I bought a beer at Elvar’s store. “I left there in a taxi I didn’t know. When I arrived, Ramil, who I know, was 10 years old and was grazing.”
The accused claimed that he then called Ramil and told him that it had something to do with him: “Ramil came to me after my words. At that time, the other children were outside of us. This criminal case was heard in the Sumgayit Serious Crimes Court. According to the court’s verdict, Turan was sentenced to 13 years in prison. It was determined that he will serve his sentence in a strict regime penitentiary center.
