In the village of Zeblyaki, Kostroma region, a private house caught fire and three people died. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
“In the village of Zeblyaki, Sharya district, a private house caught fire. According to eyewitnesses, there could have been three people inside. While putting out the fire, firefighters from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations found two dead. Their identities are being established.” – says the message.
Rescuers have extinguished the fire, watering and dismantling of structures are underway. 20 specialists and seven teams continue to extinguish the fire.
Later, the press service of the Russian Investigative Committee for the region reported on the discovery of the body of a third victim at the site of the fire.
“The investigator is examining the scene of the incident and the remains of the three dead: two women and a man who lived in the house. Based on the results of the inspection, forensic examinations will be ordered to establish the causes of death of the victims and the exact cause of the fire.” — the department said in a statement.
