“Currently, the mopeds at those stops are mopeds that violate the requirements of Article 96 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Some drive mopeds without a driver’s license or under the influence of alcohol, violating regulatory requirements. This case is considered a serious violation By Therefore, state traffic police officers confiscate the mopeds and store them in a specially guarded station.”
E. Hajiyev also stressed that mopeds driven by drivers with a displacement of 50 cubic centimeters or more and a maximum intended speed of more than 50 kilometers per hour must be registered with the state and their permanent records kept. If the vehicle is not registered and the state license plate is not affixed, the moped is taken to the parking lot.
