In the capital, women went to hairdressers to ask for money: one person was injured

Nasiba, born in 1984 in the Nizami district of Baku, injured her acquaintance Saida (names provisionally provided – ed.) during a dispute arising from personal relationships.

According to information obtained by Demokrat.az, on the day of the incident, Nasiba arrived at the house of his acquaintance Saida around 9 pm and asked her for the amount of 78 manats he owed.

Therefore, a dispute arose between them. Nasiba deliberately grabbed Sayeda’s cheeks and hair and pulled her during the argument that took place due to her abusive language. Saida suffered injuries that caused short-term damage to her health.

The perpetrator of the incident, Nasiba, was charged under article 128 (intentional harm to health) of the Penal Code.

Nasiba, who testified as a defendant in the criminal case, pleaded guilty to the charge that was announced to him. He stated in his testimony that at 9:00 p.m. on the day of the incident he went to Saida’s address and demanded 78 manats from her: “At that time an argument took place between us. This criminal case was heard in the Nizami District Court. The court took into account the fact that the accused reconciled with the victim and that she did not complain about him. For this reason, the criminal proceedings against Nasiba were ended. He was exempt from criminal responsibility.
