As numerous sources from this penitentiary center reveal to EL ESPAÑOL, both entered together and were placed in the same cell since their arrival at the end of last week, first in the admission module.
Then they were classified in module 4, which is that of preventive detainees, the same in which the former treasurer of the PP was located. Luis Barcenas when he first went to prison for his involvement in the Gürtel plot.
Concretely, Aldama and Rivas are in cell 14 on the first floor, as confirmed by all the sources consulted by this newspaper within the prison.
This situation, as reflected inside the prison, is totally “abnormal”. The sources consulted even emphasize that the simple decision to place them in the same module is “doubtful” and “irregular”, since they could find themselves in different situations within prison life. From the patio to the dining room, these meetings would make it possible to agree on the version to be presented to the judge.
According to other sources consulted in the module, the prison of Soto of Real It is saturated and almost at the limit of its capacities. However, this would not explain the decision to place them in the same cell, since there are seven different prisons in the Community of Madrid.

By analyzing Aldama’s devices, investigators reached Claudio Rivas and 13 other people arrested for VAT fraud in the hydrocarbon sector. A fraud, as Judge Santiago Pedraz pointed out in the order by which he sentenced Aldama to prison, which amounts to 182 million euros.
Claudio Rivas is the brother of Maria Luisa RivasCEO of the company Villafuel SL. Pedraz emphasizes in his order that the investigation showed that this company was in reality “a company created to be able to support the title of operator, a title which authorized to the criminal organization make it work on the market through the instrumental structure of suppliers and thus perfect fraud”.

The two investigations, that of Koldo affair and that of the hydrocarbon conspiracy come together in the relationship between Aldama and Rivas. Investigators even point out the advantages that Rivas was able to obtain from different members of Koldo García’s criminal organization. One of these advantages came from Rubén Villalba Carnerero, the commander of the Civil Guard investigated in the Koldo affair.
