According to information provided by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, on the night of October 14-15, the situation remains tense in the directions of the Aghdara-Aghdam and Fuzuli-Hadrut-Jabrayil front, as in previous days.
Units of the Armenian armed forces try to attack the positions of the Azerbaijani army in some directions of the front at night. As a result of the successful actions carried out by our troops, the other side suffered serious losses and was forced to retreat in different directions of the front.
As a result of the activities carried out by the Azerbaijani army, a large number of enemy troops, two “T-72” tanks, one “Tor-M2KM” anti-aircraft missile system, four “BM-21” “Grad” rocket launchers were destroyed in several directions of the front, one howitzer “D-20”, one “D-30” and two “D-1”, several unmanned aerial vehicles and vehicle equipment were destroyed and disabled.
Our troops, following the humanitarian ceasefire regime, maintain operational superiority on the entire front.
The enemy, who suffered a serious defeat on the battlefield, is still taking the conflict beyond the front line, attacking civilians and civilian infrastructure, firing at Goranboy, Tartar, Aghdam and Aghjabadi. As a result, two residents of the Birinci Baharli settlement of Aghdam district were injured and their houses were severely damaged. In addition, during the funeral ceremony in the city of Tartar, as a result of the intense shelling of the city cemetery by heavy artillery, four civilians were killed and four others were seriously injured. However, the enemy’s provocations cannot affect the fighting spirit of our people and our army. The Azerbaijani army again responds to the enemy on the battlefield.
