The commission agent Victor de Aldama tried to buy the chalet in La Línea de la Concepción for Jose Luis Abalos on different occasions. A few months before finalizing his purchase, he tried to close the operation through another company owned by his partner in the “oil field” Claudio Rivas.
It is about Trade Nextomegawhose sole administrator is Jesús Callejón, the main front man that Rivas used in the “oil plot” that is currently under investigation by the Civil Guard.
According to the draft deed to which EL ESPAÑOL had access, the sale of the villa was going to take place to the company Nextomega Trade, SL, a company whose parent company is Still growing, SL as did Villafuel, the company for which Aldama and Claudio obtained a wholesale fuel operator license.
To do this, as this newspaper reports, they managed to contact, through Koldo García Izaguirre, advisor to Ábalos, the chief of staff of the Minister of Industry at the time, Reyes Maroto.
However, and despite the fact that everything was prepared for Nextomega Trade to take charge of the purchase of the chalet that the former Minister of Transport had requested in exchange for intermediation, the plans have changed.
The reason? Rivas wanted hide the identity of Jesús Callejónwhich he uses as an administrator in different companies he owns. This is why it was decided to use another company that Rivas himself indirectly controlled: Have Got Time, SL, which – moreover – filed for bankruptcy a few months later.
The purchase operation was closed on the third try, since Aldama attempted to acquire the chalet at the beginning of 2021. To do this, it resorted to a group of Venezuelan businessmenwhich came from the Koldo conspiracy commissioner. It is about Rafael Alfredo Chirinoa businessman linked to the buying and selling of gold and diamonds and with influences in the oil sector through Suelopetrol, SL
He enlisted the help of two other Venezuelan citizens to try to complete the purchase in March 2021. So, with Henrique Rodriguez Guillén And Katy Cortés (who performed administrative tasks) set out to buy the house that Aldama and Rivas were trying to buy to pay for favors from Minister Ábalos. In fact, they came to visit him and sent photos of the chalet to Aldama.
A house in the La Alcaidesa urbanization, in La Línea de la Concepción, in Cádiz, for which they concluded a deposit contract, according to the UCO and for which they paid 52,500 euros. However, “for reasons beyond the scope of the investigation”, the operation was interrupted.
It therefore took almost six months for Aldama to finalize the purchase of the chalet. In fact, in the latest UCO report, there is a message from Piedad, Aldama’s secretary, in which she told him on April 13: “Boss, I’m afraid we’ll lose the house in La Línea de la Concepción. Claudio doesn’t answer my cell phone. Since yesterday afternoon, I’ve called him three times…they don’t trust him anymore after what happened with Henrique.”
Once the operation is closed, during the month of July the rental contract is signed by the Minister of Transport at the time, Jose Luis Abalos. He paid the entrance fee and two months’ deposit for the La Alcaidesa chalet. The former PSOE organizational secretary did not make any additional expenses for the household either.

On August 17, 2021, Claudio Rivas, in a message sent to Aldama through the Signal application, complained about the debt he had left Jose Luis Abalos after being dismissed from his position as Minister of Transport: “And the tenant of the beach without paying the monthly fee…”.
Therefore, the company I have time, SL sent a burofax, to which EL ESPAÑOL had access, to Ábalos. He did so on October 12, 2021 to urge her to pay the unpaid monthly payments or to leave the chalet in exchange for the cancellation of the debt incurred. It was only in December that former minister Ábalos left the house.
