An improvised explosive device planted in a car exploded in the Russian capital. As a result of the incident, three people, including a minor, were injured.

Two men reportedly left the building with the child and headed to their car. There was a strange bag on the hood, near the windshield. At that moment the explosive device that was in that bag exploded.
All three people were hospitalized after the explosion.
