ERC report concludes Junqueras knew anti-Maragall posters left party

The ERC’s internal report on false flag campaigns concluded that former party president Oriol Junqueras knew that the case of the defamatory posters against the Maragalls was a false flag attack before it was published in the press.

The opinion, put forward by RAC-1 and confirmed by the Catalan Press Agency (ACN), names the former communications director Tolo Moya as the person responsible for the controversial posters, without however finding the ideologue. Another conclusion is that ERC did not have a parallel structure to defame its rivals, but rather a company that ran campaigns for them without the party logo.

Until now, Junqueras had maintained that he knew that the Maragall posters were part of ERC’s smear campaigns when they were published in the Ara newspaper. A version that contradicts the content of the internal report.

According to the document, the facts were brought to the attention of other figures in the party leadership, such as Jordi Roig, deputy secretary of Finance, and the president at the time, Oriol Junqueras, who denied having any information whatsoever. either.
