After high school students, cultural figures leave Ukraine en masse. This was stated by the head of the country’s Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, Nikolai Tochitsky, reports the Liga.net portal.
The minister added that one in five of those who left does not return.
“Every day I have to review 100 exit requests, most of these names I don’t know, I have to spend time looking for information. I must also point out that of every five who left, one does not return.” – said Tochitsky.
As reported EADailyIn September, new rules came into force in Ukraine, according to which Ukrainians forced into military service can be fined under several articles. For example, for violating military registration rules and for violating the mobilization law.
Fines are also provided for failure to update military registration data (including women who must be registered by law) and if a person is not registered.
In addition, it became known that more than 130 brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received the right to mobilize volunteers without the need to contact the territorial recruiting centers (CVR).
