MasOrange and Vodafone entrust BNP with the sale of their joint venture

The plan is that PlusOrange control the 50% of the new society, which Vodafone Spain holds the 10% and that the third investor sought owns the remaining 40% fiberco.

In this way, BNP Paribas will be the entity that will lead the sale of this 40% of the future joint venturea percentage whose value is between 2,800 and 4,000 million euros, according to estimates used on the market.
