“We’ll have to find a guardian for…”

He baker and ‘tiktoker’ from Cordoba Javi Cuenca never ceases to amaze his fans with his imagination when it comes to kneading and shaping authentic delicacies made from flour, water and salt. One of his latest “creations” is a huge bread that he baked in honor of the Civil Guard last October 12, Pilar Day.

Cuenca, who recorded the whole process, with great wit, between jokes and demonstrating his vocation for his profession, began to prepare the dough and give it shape. The surprise came when he even did the shield of the armed institute for bread. “It’s a success, isn’t it?” he asks his followers.

Finally, he fermented the piece and gave it green food coloring“for it to be authentic,” remarked the baker, who said laughing, “we will now have to find an agent to give it to him“.
