The company has 80 generators which is connecting in areas where “technically it is possible”. The connection of more than 44 of these groups has already been carried out in the affected towns such as Alborache, Alfafar, Alginet, Benifaió, Bugarra, Buñol, Cheste, Chiva, Gestalgar, Quart de Poblet, Montroy, Pedralba, Picassent, Real, Ríbarroja , Siete Aguas, Torrent and Utiel, among others, and “work continues in the rest of the sites that remain without service”, according to the company.
It should be noted that in addition to the installation of the groups, the restoration of electricity supply is underway in many affected populations thanks to the existing network.
The company, in coordination with the Emergency Control Center of the Generalitat Valenciana, continues to program actions to restore the electricity supply in the facilities that supply the water treatment plants in the municipalities concerned.
Since the start of DANA, i-DE has mobilized, among its own staff and its subcontracting companies, a total of around 500 people from the Valencian Community and other regions of the rest of Spain to proceed as quickly as possible. short delays in repairing affected installations. as possible.
