“The parliamentary elections held today throughout the sovereign territory of Azerbaijan confirm the political stability of the country in the conditions of the collapsing world order.”
The “Report” reports that this was stated by Igor Korotchenko, a Russian observer and director general of the Caspian Institute for Strategic Studies.
“These are the first parliamentary elections held in all sovereign lands of Azerbaijan, which confirms the political stability of the country in the collapsing world order. The stability of the political system is the basis for the safe development of Azerbaijan,” he said.
I. Korotchenko noted that the election results will demonstrate to Western countries the high level of democracy in Azerbaijan.
“The West, especially countries like France, which are very ardently critical of Azerbaijan, have a lot to learn from Azerbaijan’s electoral system. France’s modern political system is totalitarian and loyal to neocolonial politics, while modern Azerbaijan demonstrates standards of justice to the West,” he said.
The expert stressed that Azerbaijan will confidently move forward together with friendly countries, including the Russian Federation.
