The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office opposes the PP’s complaint which accuses the PSOE of illegal financing

Last Monday, the spokesperson for the Popular Party, Borja Semperconfirmed to the media, at the doors of the National Court, the filing of this complaint.

The PP accuses the Socialist Party of several crimes. In addition to illegal financing, he is accused of corruption and influence peddling.

All this, based on the anonymous testimony of a businessman who claims to be aware of the delivery of cash to the national headquarters of the PSOE, located on Ferraz Street in Madrid.

Gómez is under investigation for alleged crimes of influence peddling and commercial corruption. On the other hand, a Badajoz judge is investigating how David Sánchez was hired by the Badajoz Provincial Delegation.

In the call Koldo affairanother judge of the National Court, Ismael Moreno, is investigating a plot involving civil servants and businessmen who allegedly devoted themselves to collect illegal commissions through several contracts, awarded, at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, by the central government and by the executives of the Canary and Balearic Islands to certain companies. One of the people investigated is Koldo Garciaformer advisor to former minister José Luis Ábalos. However, in this case, the commission agent Víctor de Aldama, also involved in what is called fuel plot that Pedraz instructs.
