The Civil Guard identifies Alvise in a rural house to communicate a case of slander against a PSOE deputy

Several Civil Guard agents went to a rural house in Madrid on Wednesday evening to inform MEP Luis ‘Alvise’ Pérez of a pending summons against him before a court in León. The sources in the file explain to elDiario.es that a municipal investigating court has opened proceedings against the leader of “Se Acabó La Fiesta” following a complaint filed by socialist deputy Javier Alfonso Cendón for several statements made by the agitator ultra who linked him to the party. plot. of the Mediator affair.

This is one of the many criminal cases opened against the MEP which, due to his quality, will have to be referred to the Supreme Court to be investigated by the Criminal Chamber. Alvise said on his Telegram channel that he would appear in court for illegal detention.

Sources from the Civil Guard explain to this newspaper that the notice was issued when the deputy registered for rural housing, as is usual when a person has a request from a court and that its location was ordered. The agents informed him of the existence of the procedure and the request and left the scene.

The origin of the case lies in a court in León investigating the criminal proceedings brought by Cendón, a Leonese politician who is secretary general of the PSOE in the province and a deputy in Congress, against Alvise and two others. for various statements on the Mediador affair, also known as the Tito Berni affair, in which it is being investigated whether the former socialist deputy Juan Bernardo Fuentes Curbelo was part of a corrupt network. The current MEP said on his Telegram channel in February 2023 that Cendón was one of the politicians who participated in the parties organized by the corrupt network.

Alvise’s status as an MEP since last summer means that any legal proceedings opened against him through criminal means must be referred to the Supreme Court. As happened with the investigations into the 100,000 euros he collected in cash, his accusation for disseminating a false PCR test from Salvador Illa or the complaint filed by a Seville judge for threats. Civil cases related to honor disputes should not be handled by the Supreme Court but by ordinary courts. Another socialist MP, Luis Carlos Sahuquillo, also denounced the current MEP.

On his Telegram channel, the SALF leader announced the filing of a complaint against the president of the León court for “attempted illegal detention”, in addition to a complaint in the internal affairs of the Civil Guard “so that the reasons and circumstances for which an arrest warrant was issued against a Member of the European Parliament.
