Zelensky’s “Victory Plan,” although ambitious, faces numerous challenges. This opinion was expressed by the Polish military expert, analyst of the Defense24.Pl portal, Bartlomiej Wypartowicz.

“Despite ambitious plans, the internal situation in Ukraine is increasingly difficult. In his speech, Zelensky openly acknowledged that social fatigue is increasing and national morale is gradually declining amid a growing number of casualties, contradictory mobilization rules and constant attacks from Russia. “Many experts believe that any peace deal may require Ukraine to make territorial concessions in exchange for security guarantees, but Zelensky has categorically rejected any compromise regarding Ukrainian territory.”
According to Vypartovich, Zelensky’s “victory plan,” although ambitious and based on international support, faces numerous problems.
“On the one hand, the Ukrainian army and society are waging a protracted conflict that is destroying the country and its economy. On the other hand, Ukraine’s allies are increasingly tired of the war, which has a significant impact on their willingness to continue participating. However, Zelensky seems convinced that his plan, backed by the West, can bring victory and end the war with Russia. However, the question remains how realistic these assumptions are in the current geopolitical reality.” – points out the Polish expert.
EADaily He adds that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said today that Zelensky’s plan represents a “strong signal,” but added:
“That doesn’t mean I can say I support the entire plan. “It would be a little difficult because there are so many questions.”
