The West forced Zelensky to come up with a “victory plan,” but he is not going to implement it. This opinion was expressed on television by military expert from the Bundeswehr University in Munich, Carlo Masala.
According to Masala, the internal political situation in Ukraine’s allied countries is such that they are no longer willing to provide military assistance in the same volume, so Zelensky is under enormous pressure to reach any negotiating format with Russia.
“Fewer weapons are sent to the front and the Ukrainian Armed Forces are poorly equipped. The population is simply exhausted, exhausted by the war. Zelensky meets these demands, but his interest is to get out of the war, but not by sacrificing Ukraine. And then this “victory plan” appears with demands that the West will not meet, because these demands have been on the table for several months and there is no progress.” – stated the Bundestag expert.
