The woman who remained in a coma since Sunday, October 13 after being the victim of an attack allegedly by her ex-partner in the Segovian town of Arroyo de Cuéllar died today.
The victim was in a very serious condition in the Segovia hospital after being attacked by this person, on whom a restraining order.
This was confirmed by the sub-delegation of the Government of Segovia to EL ESPAÑOL-Noticias de Castilla y León. The case is already being investigated as a sexist crime.

The Court of First Instance and Investigation of Sepúlveda – temporarily replacing the Court of Cuéllar – which is investigating the case, accepted at the beginning of the week the provisional detention, communicated and without bail, of the woman’s companion.
The court also ordered the forfeiture of parental authority over their common minor daughter, who currently lives with her maternal grandmother, according to judicial sources.
The Court of First Instance and Instruction of Cuéllar opened proceedings a month ago for the crime of abuse after a complaint from the victim. A ban on approaching his wife and communicating with her by any means was then adopted.
The man, who was the subject of a restraining order, attacked her on Sunday and was arrested on suspicion of attempted homicide.
Operations room 112 received a call at 7:42 p.m. alerting of the event and that the woman was seriously injured. Once stabilized by health personnel, she was transferred to the Segovia General Hospital, where she eventually died.
