The case dates back to 2023. Alvise Pérez added an additional episode to his list of hoaxes and convictions: he linked the secretary general of the PSOE of León and the national deputy, Javier Alfonsowith the Tito Berni affair. The parliamentarian denounced the lies launched against him by Alvise Pérez and decided to go to the end so that the forger respond to justice for these defamations. The facts confirm that Alvise Pérez, who has accumulated several convictions for hoaxes or information damaging the honor of third parties, moved freely to carry out his particular European electoral campaign when he was declared judicially in absentia. Meanwhile, another viscous case is tracking the leader of Se Acabó la Fiesta, directly accused of having pocketed 100,000 euros of black money paid by the leader of a financial bar that Alvise himself sponsored.
