The ‘fake’ hire, Alvise, was wanted when he won his MEP seat

He forger paid Luis Pérez Fernández, known as Alvise Pérez, obtained his seat as a Member of the European Parliament last summer, even though it was declared in absentia by the courts and a search and arrest warrant was issued against him. As OKDIARIO confirms in documents, this order was issued by a court in León, after Alvise Pérez ignored the summons that the court had sent to him to appear accused of a defamation offense.

The case dates back to 2023. Alvise Pérez added an additional episode to his list of hoaxes and convictions: he linked the secretary general of the PSOE of León and the national deputy, Javier Alfonsowith the Tito Berni affair. The parliamentarian denounced the lies launched against him by Alvise Pérez and decided to go to the end so that the forger respond to justice for these defamations. Javier Alfonso filed a complaint for defamation against Alvise Pérez and the Court of Instruction number 4 of León opened the procedure. The prosecution joined the proceedings.

The president of this court, María Teresa de la Peña, asked Alvise Pérez to appear and make a statement. This is an essential part of the procedure which is regulated in the Criminal procedure law. Ignoring this summons as a defendant is a serious offense, included in this same law. Despite this, Alvise Pérez completely ignored this obligation before the criminal court, so that The investigating judge declared it in absentia and issued an order search and capture against him. This order was issued on July 3 of this year. That is, while Alvise was already immersed in his particular political career to obtain a seat in the European Parliament under the brand Se Acabó la Fiesta.

“Unaware of the current fate of the accused Luis Pérez Fernández, his search and capture were ordered for declaration as under investigation…”, begins this judicial order in which Alvise Pérez was declared in absentia July 3. And he remained in rebellion for months until, this week, the Civil Guard found him while he was in a rural house in the mountains of Madrid. The agents, after verifying that he resided in this property, detected that a location order was pending issued by this judge of León and proceeded to locate him for the appropriate purposes.

The facts confirm that Alvise Pérez, who has accumulated several convictions for hoaxes or information damaging the honor of third parties, moved freely to carry out his particular European electoral campaign when he was declared judicially in absentia. And as such, he acquired the status of MEP, which gives him a special status before the courts: he benefits from parliamentary immunity, so that any criminal proceedings against him – as against any other MEP – require the granting of the request by Parliament. European Parliament. And the case, in the Spanish case, given its regulated status, must be followed by the Supreme Court and not by the lower courts.

Thus, the procedure opened by the Court of Instruction number 4 of León was transmitted to the Supreme Court. The judge recused herself in favor of the High Court after learning that Alvise Pérez had acquired the status of MEP.

Black money collection

Meanwhile, another viscous case is tracking the leader of Se Acabó la Fiesta, directly accused of having pocketed 100,000 euros of black money paid by the leader of a financial bar that Alvise himself sponsored. He was the founder of the Madeira Invest Club, Alvaro Romillo (alias Luis Cryptospain) who revealed this cash payment, which would therefore have been made outside the accounting control that the law imposes on political parties.

Harassed by the suspicions that weigh on this financial club, which surprisingly closed last week, leaving hundreds affectedRomillo sent a letter to the prosecutor’s office in which he provides very compromising financial details for Alvise and in which, in addition, he informs him that he wishes to collaborate with justice and that he is ready to liquidate his assets to compensate, to the extent possible, for the hundreds of victims left behind by Madeira Invest Club.
