“The parties agreed to develop a draft intergovernmental agreement. We hope that in the first half of next year we can sign it.” – the diplomat stressed.
Rosatom previously noted that the technical design of the nuclear power plant project was practically approved. To develop it, the parties still need to evaluate the proposed location, find funding sources, agree on a number of technical conditions and start training local specialists.
