The Japanese Ministry of Defense will provide additional military assistance to Ukraine. This was stated by the head of the Japanese military department, General Nakatani, in a meeting with his Ukrainian colleague Rustem Umerov, held on the sidelines of the summit of NATO defense ministers, TASS reports citing the NHK television channel.

Previously, Tokyo had already transferred about 100 Self-Defense Forces vehicles, including trucks, to kyiv.
