Milli Majlis, President of Azerbaijan on the occasion of October 18, Independence Day Ilham Aliyev and first vice president Mehriban Aliyeva sent a congratulatory letter.
The “Report” reports that President Sahiba Gafarova made a speech with this proposal today at the plenary session of Parliament.
He said that today is the Day of Restoration of Independence in Azerbaijan:
“On this occasion, I suggest that a congratulatory letter be sent to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva on behalf of the Milli Majlis.”
The deputies welcomed the president’s proposal with applause.
