(Seoul = News 1) Reporter Hyo-Jeong Yoon = Actress Tae-Jeong Kim becomes the younger brother of Hyun-Bin Shin from ‘Cinderella at 2 am’.
On the 23rd, Y1 Entertainment announced that Kim Tae-jung will appear as Ha Ji-seok in Coupang Play’s streaming service drama ‘Cinderella at 2 AM’ (written by Oh Eun-ji/directed by Seo Min-jeong and Bae Hee-young).
‘Cinderella at 2 AM’ is an office romantic comedy that depicts the struggles of a talented and hyper-realistic woman who decides to break up with the perfect chaebol man.
Kim Tae-jeong played the role of Ha Ji-seok, the younger brother of Shin Hyun-bin (played by Ha Yoon-seo). He may look immature, but he doesn’t like his boyfriend, Moon Sang-min (played by Seo Joo-won), because he wants his older sister to be second to none. It will showcase the real-life sibling chemistry between a real-life office worker’s older sister and an immature younger brother from high school.
Kim Tae-jung, who gained attention just by appearing in works such as Netflix’s ‘Hairaki’, MBC’s ‘Investigation Chief 1958’, and tvN’s ‘Ilta Scandal’, perfectly portrayed strong characters with a charismatic or mysterious image with stable acting skills, and through this work, there are high expectations that he will reach the audience with a friendly charm different from existing works.
Regarding this, Kim Tae-jeong said, “I’m a little nervous because the excitement of going to see the director and seniors whom I respect and like after the appearance is confirmed has changed to the excitement of waiting for the release. Although I argue with my older sister every day, seeing my younger brother who loves my older sister more than anyone in the world is an element to look forward to. I think that until now I have only shown characters with a strong image, but in this work, I hope that I can show a different side of myself because I am a character with a cute and bright image.
