The director of the “Report” emphasized that for Armenia’s full participation in regional processes, Yerevan must take real steps towards signing a peace agreement with Baku.
“For Armenia to fully participate in regional projects, first of all, a peace agreement with Azerbaijan must be concluded. The negotiation process has dragged on for a long time.
