More precisely, the conversation with Torres took place on August 17, 2020. The latest Civil Guard report also includes conversations between the two alleged leaders of the plot, Koldo García and Victor de Aldamaspeaking of the “Canary Islands PCR”. The case of Armengol
The same August 17, 2020 when he wrote to Ángel Víctor Torres, the then councilor also contacted the current president of the Congress of Deputies via WhatsApp, Francine Armengolat the time, president of the Balearic Islands.

The same thing: talking about purchasing antigen tests and recommending the same company, Eurofins Megalab, which shortly after received contracts worth a total of 1.12 million euros for carrying out tests against the coronavirus. Similar to what happened with Concha Andreu, Armengol made it easier for Koldo to contact Patricia Gomez Picardthe Minister of Health of the Balearic Islands with the PSOE Government. Immediately afterwards, the advisor replied: “Okay, honey, I’ll keep you posted on everything.”.

In turn, García forwarded this phone number to one of his contacts, listed in his cell phone address book as “Nacho Megalap (sic) Analytics.” On August 21, 2020, the advise from Salut Balear wrote to Koldo: “Nacho Díaz is coming.” According to the Civil Guard report, it is once again Ignacio Díaz Tapia.
