The plan to split the different activities of Vivendi, a French publishing and media giant, will be voted on December 9 at the general assembly. If the split plan is approved, the first listing of the shares of the three companies would occur on December 16.

The serial adaptation project of the successful book french suicide − released in 2014 and sold more than 500,000 copies − is “in development” on Planète +, Canal+ channel, the group announced on Wednesday, confirming the information of Parisian.
In 2014, Eric Zemmour, journalist for FigaroHe became a successful essayist with this book, published by Albin Michel under the direction of Lise Boëll, who has built an image for herself as an editor of far-right authors.
He has directed Fayard since June and will publish in November the first book by Jordan Bardella, president of the National Rally. Fayard, a subsidiary of Hachette Livre, is part of the Vivendi group, like the Canal+ galaxy.
Presidential candidate in 2022, Eric Zemmour heads Reconquête!, a far-right movement that obtained 0.6% of the votes in the following legislative elections, without any elected deputies.
