Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Hamas Assembly Council Chairman Mohammad Darvish Ismayil and members of the Hamas Political Bureau.
Oku.Az reports that this was reported in the official account “X” of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, the humanitarian situation in the region, especially in northern Gaza, was discussed.
H. Fidan said that they will use all the possibilities of diplomacy to mobilize the international community against the humanitarian disaster in Gaza.
The meeting also addressed the latest situation in the negotiations to reach a ceasefire agreement that allows the exchange of hostages.
In addition, the reconciliation process between Palestinians was also discussed during the meeting. In this regard, H. Fidan said he appreciated the recent meeting held in Cairo, sponsored by Egypt.
