Overnight air defense forces shot down 16 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles in three regions of Russia – Ministry of Defense

The Russian Ministry of Defense has published information on the latest terrorist attacks by the kyiv regime against targets in Russian territory using drones.

The corresponding statement was published on the morning of Saturday, October 19, on the official resources of the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the military department.

The report states that in the period from 00:00 to 06:00 Moscow time, attempts by the kyiv regime to carry out terrorist attacks using unmanned aerial vehicles against targets on the territory of the Russian Federation were stopped.

According to the Ministry of Defense, sixteen Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed and intercepted by air defense systems in service. Thirteen unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over the territory of the Bryansk region, two over the territory of the Rostov region and one over the Belgorod region.
