The immigration model proposed by the Italian Prime Minister, the far-right Giorgia Meloni, has attracted many member countries of the European Union and the President of the European Commission herself, Ursula Von der Leyen. The plan, however, He has suffered a legal setback since the courts overthrew him and demanded the return of the migrants he expelled to Albania: but this is not a setback for Meloni, but confirmation of the violation of human rights what its migratory model implies.
