A week of brawls between the PP and PSOE over corruption continues, with Sánchez and Ayuso at the center of the target

The socialists and the “populars” continue to fight corruption after the latest affairs. The Popular Party is convinced that the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, I was aware of everything concerning the Koldo affairwhile the PSOE redirected Spanish corruption towards a specific person: the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Diaz Ayuso.

The fight continued this weekend in the interventions of the leaders of the two groups. The hardest part was the vice-secretary of Autonomous and Local Coordination of the PP, Elías Bendodo, who assured that the president had received a “double blow” after the file of the complaint against judge Juan Carlos Peinado who is investigating his wife, Begoña Gómez.

“First, for misappropriation of the public prosecutor’s office, using it as a defense office for himself and his family; and, secondly, for make a fool of yourself because the court reminds him that he is trampling on the separation of powers,” said Bendodo, who believes that “number one is the one who knows everything“. Likewise, he assures that the president is “cornered by corruption” and by what the Attorney General of the State, Álvaro García Ortiz, could say: “What does he know that Sánchez must defend him tooth and nail“.

Accusations to which the socialists respond redirect Spanish corruption to a specific person. The Minister of Digital Transformation, Óscar López, sent this Saturday a message to the leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, in which he highlighted that in Spain corruption “has names and first names“. “The name is Isabel and the last name is Díaz Ayuso,” he emphasized.

Likewise, he stressed that the president of the “popular” party will not have “credibility to talk about corruption” until he demanded the resignation of the Madrid president, whom he accused of making Madrid “the epicenter of quagmire and corruption”. “Mr Feijóo arrived to cover up Ayuso’s corruption,” he said.

Thus continues a week of fights which It started at the Congress of Deputies and continued in the Madrid Assembly and Brussels.. The president of the Principality of Asturias, the socialist Adrián Barbón, disfigured this Saturday verbal excesses of the spokesperson of the PP in the Congress of Deputies, Miguel Tellado, and affirmed that the PP “tone down” your “aggression” when it comes to opposition, because “we can do politics without insulting”.
