He entered the basement of his divorced wife’s house and smoked – He was punished

A man who secretly smoked in the basement of his divorced wife’s house in Agstafa was punished.

According to “Gaynarinfo”, a man named MN, born in 1986 in Chimkend, Republic of Kazakhstan, went to his home in Hasansu village of Aghstafa district to reconcile with his divorced wife. His goal was to restore his family and see his son.

At 05:00 in the morning he went to the house where his divorced wife EM lives and started knocking on the door. However, EM did not open the door because he saw it from the camera installed in the courtyard. MN then entered the yard of the house without the consent of his divorced wife, and then entered the basement under the house through a small vent. He remained in the basement until 11 or 12 noon and smoked there. EM discovered he was in the basement and reported it to the police.

According to the court’s decision, he was found guilty under article 157.1 of the Criminal Code of the Ministry of the Interior and sentenced to 350 hours of community service.
