A person who rented a house-type non-residential facility and organized gambling in Baku was convicted.
According to “Gaynarinfo”, Azer Turabov, born on June 22, 1970 in the Bolnisi district of the Republic of Georgia, was detained by employees of the Main Office for Combating Cybercrime of the Ministry of the Interior.
It turned out that Azer Turabov rented a two-room house in a non-residential area in the Sabunchu district. His acquaintances named Movla, Yashar, Elzar and Asim paid him 40 manat each time to get a place to bet at that place.
By decision of the court, the defendant was found guilty of committing the crime provided for in Article 244-1.2.1 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to a fine of 15,000 manats.
