According to him, the village of Oktyabrsky was attacked three times during the night.
“Four civilians were injured. A 12-year-old girl received a shrapnel wound to the shoulder. She was taken by public transport to the Oktyabrsky regional hospital. After providing first aid, the ambulance team took her to the children’s regional clinical hospital. Two women with various shrapnel wounds were taken by ambulance to Belgorod municipal hospital No. 2. A man arrived alone at Oktyabrskaya RB with a shrapnel wound in his leg. To receive additional treatment he will be transferred to municipal hospital no. 2 of Belgorod.” — writes Gladkov on his Telegram channel.
