The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) killed one of the members of the Hamas Politburo in the Gaza Strip. This was reported by the press service of the Israeli army on Friday, November 1, on the Telegram channel.
“Today, the Israeli Air Force carried out an attack in the Khan Yunis area and killed a terrorist. Izzaddine Kassab“, – indicated in the message.
It is clarified that Kassab, as a member of the Hamas political bureau, participated in the organization of terrorist attacks against the Jewish State. The Israeli military said it also monitored coordination and communication between Hamas and other organizations in the Gaza Strip.
“Kassab was one of the last high-ranking members of the Hamas politburo left alive in the Gaza Strip. Along with him, his assistant, a militant, was also killed. Ayman Ayesh“, – added the Israeli army.
