A series of explosions occurred in Belgorod, the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced this on 2 September.
“Our air defence system operated over Belgorod and the Belgorod region. In the city of Belgorod, there were direct strikes against a social and commercial facility.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to Telegram channels, the strike affected a daycare center.
One car also caught fire. Two houses and four cars were burned down in the village of Dubovoe. Emergency Situations Ministry employees are extinguishing the fires.
