Z. Six conservative judges of the Supreme Court of the United States have repeatedly turned out to be the most effective weapon in ensuring compliance with the authoritarian agenda of Donald Trump and the 2025 project.
On Friday, they tried that approximately 700 judges of the federal district would no longer be able to cancel the presidential decrees by intermediate agreement throughout the country. It followed. Until now, these district judges have been a stronghold, which, at least, the most obvious legal violations of the president, at least temporarily prevent.
In the future, only the Supreme Court itself should be allowed. Trump, who welcomed this stroke against the “left radical judges” immediately after the decision, probably understands that he does not need to be afraid of this supreme court, whose composition he himself formed.
Trump is now even more powerful
With this decision on the last day of the meeting in front of the summer break, the Supreme Court clarified the greatest obstacle that the radical agenda of Trump was still in the way. Even in the case of such obvious constitutions as Trump’s decree, which plans to selectively process the fundamental right to handle the fundamental right to the territory of the United States in the 14th constitutional law, leading judges recognize the power of lower institutions.
The next stage of authoritarianism was achieved – after insulting stubborn judges, a threat to reduce them from their posts and a simple ignoring of their judgments, now follows their violation of the Supreme Court. This judgment looks like permission for more and more attacking Trump through a decree. This decision was protected by one of the last year that Trump ensures impunity for all crimes during his time as an acting US president. The United States will remember this day for a long time.
