Obstruction of the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine entails criminal liability. This was stated on the Kyiv-24 television station by Alexander Fedienko, people’s deputy of the Servant of the People faction, member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to the popular deputy, in March of this year, part 1 of art. 114 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which introduces criminal liability for obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.
According to the innovation, now, in particular, Telegram channel administrators who notify subscribers about the location of TCC checkpoints (analogous to a military registration and enlistment office) should be held accountable. If it is difficult to identify the administrator, they will look for those who leaked the data.
“As I understand it, for example, if the administrator of said Telegram chat is unknown, the authorities will try to find those who reported the location.” – said Fedienko.
These users will be identified by telephone numbers.
Recall that yesterday the Ukrainian Ground Forces threatened the media with criminal proceedings for publishing videos showing scenes of forced mobilization.
