The president of Georgia attended the opposition’s election rally.

Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili attended the opposition rally in Tbilisi on the eve of the parliamentary elections.

Oku.Az reports that this was reported by a TASS reporter from the scene.

Zurabishvili was next to the stage where the organizers of the demonstration were speaking. He did not make any statements to the media.

It should be noted that opposition supporters in Georgia held a march in the capital to support the country’s integration into the European Union (EU) a week before the parliamentary elections. Several thousand local residents, carrying Georgian and EU flags, marched through five different districts of Tbilisi under the slogan “Georgia chooses the European Union.” After the march, protesters gathered at Azadlig Square in the city center, where a music concert was held.

It should be noted that the parliamentary elections in Georgia will be held on October 26.
