The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) will attack Hezbollah economic targets in Lebanon in the coming hours. This was said by IDF spokesman Daniel Hagari in a briefing on Sunday, October 20.
“We will carry out several strikes against several targets in the coming hours, and several more overnight… We will carry out these strikes tonight and report the results in the coming days.” — is quoted by the IDF Telegram channel.
Hagari also said that in the coming days Israel will reveal Iran’s financing plans for Hezbollah’s activities through civil institutions, associations and non-governmental organizations.
Hours earlier, the Israeli military reported it had killed more than 65 Hezbollah militants in southern Lebanon. Launchers aimed at Israel and terrorist infrastructure facilities were destroyed.
Prior to this, on October 15, the IDF reported strikes against 230 targets in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip in 24 hours. It was claimed that the Israeli air force dismantled Hezbollah’s infrastructure, Izvestia recalls.
