The Baku.ws “hotline” has received images in this regard. It was noted that the video was recorded in the Khatai region.
That person was walking naked down the street without clothes.
Regarding the aforementioned image, the employee of the Press Service of the Ministry of the Interior, Lieutenant Chief of Police Ibrahim Amiraslanli, said in a statement that the person has been identified and will be admitted to a medical institution:
“The person who appears in the aforementioned images has been identified. He is VS, born in 1990. Considering his state of health, he will be admitted to a specialized medical institution.”
