PSOE and Podemos ask PP to expel mayor of Ávila town for singing song “apology for pedophilia”

The PSOE and Podemos have asked the Popular Party to “immediately” dismiss the mayor of the municipality of Vita (Ávila) for singing a song that “advocates pedophilia and rape.”

Podemos Secretary General Ione Belarra and Podemos Secretary of Organization and Spokesperson Pablo Fernández shared a video on the social network Popular, taking the stage singing a song that said: “I found a girl alone in the forest, I took her by the hand and took her to my bed. “I lifted her skirt and pulled down her panties.”

Then, and after repeating this refrain several times, the lyrics continue: “The first Caliqueño chased her away. The second Caliqueño expelled her. In the third, there was no more milk.

This is why Fernández demanded the PP to suddenly dismiss the mayor. “This idiot is Antonio Martín Hernández, mayor of Vita (Ávila) for the PP, who advocates pedophilia and rape. The PP must put an end to this at once, it is intolerable that public representatives have this type of behavior. Shame. Disgust. Infamy,” he published on his X account.

Belarra made similar comments, asking Feijóo, specifically mentioning it in his post, to expel him “immediately.” “It made me want to throw up and my hair stood on end. This is a rape culture and it cannot be tolerated,” he added.

The Socialist Party also joined the complaint, criticizing the “nauseating” video of the “popular” mayor and demanding that the PP be immediately expelled from the party. “The apology of pedophilia is not freedom of expression. We hope that Mr. Feijóo will give the order without losing a minute,” Pedro Sánchez’s party said in a statement.

Minister considers measures to promote ‘rape culture’

The Minister of Youth and Children, Sira Rego, announced that her ministry would study “all possible measures” against the mayor of the city of Vita (Ávila), from the Popular Party, for a video in which he is seen singing a song that defends the “culture of rape” and “violence against children.”

In a message on the social network “Zero tolerance for violence against children.”
