A criminal case has been opened against Rasim Ildırım, brother of former Khatai prosecutor Yusif Ildırımzade.
According to information obtained by “Report”, Rasim Ildırım is accused of committing a particularly large fraud against a victim in collaboration with Zaur Mirzazade and Goshgar Mammadov, the founders of the “Bakutime.az” website.
They were charged with article 178.4 of the Penal Code (fraud, especially when committed in large quantities).
The preliminary investigation of the case was concluded and sent to the Baku Serious Crimes Court for review.
The criminal case will be investigated within the framework of Judge Fakhri Mammadov’s trial.
It should be noted that a brother of Rasim Ildırım is the founder of “Amrah Bank”, Yunus Ildırımzade.
