“I hear from my people in the Ukrainian army: the brigades and soldiers are very exhausted. They have been fighting for many weeks. They do not have the same resources as Russia. “Ukraine is a much smaller state and that is the main problem.” – Repke said.
According to him, the Russian army wants to take Dnepropetrovsk, but the German expert does not consider this plan to be realistic. At the same time, fighting in the Dnepropetrovsk region will begin next year, but Pavlograd will become a problem for the Russian Armed Forces, Repke noted.
