The scientific centers of the state of Amazonas continue to benefit from the “Scientific and Technological Vacations” plan, with the support of the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite).
During this activity, boys and girls participated in practical theoretical training on the world of creative robotics, where an approach to software technologies was carried out with children from scientific homes.
In addition, the tools used for video game development were presented in a practical way and to learn how programming immerses itself in the fields of ICT.
Boys and girls practiced 3D games and multimedia development for training and learning.
Through the projection of videos of the robot assembly, interaction with children was carried out, where they expressed all the information obtained in the form of drawings.
They also visited the Cerro Perico tourist park, located in the central area of Puerto Ayacucho, where they were received by Imparques staff, who gave them a brief explanation of the rules of stay in said space.
Likewise, they talked about the function of receiving antennas and transmitting antennas, and why it is important to be located in these higher spaces.
The “Scientific and Technological Vacations” plan is an initiative of the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (Mincyt), which is carried out with the aim of strengthening knowledge in different scientific fields, framed in the Scientific Seeds Program and the Great Mission Science, Technology and Innovation “Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán”.
