It was reported that more than 2.4 hectares of land are planned for the construction of the administrative building. This area is located between the Kalbajar public centre and the city park. The northern part of the area, where the administrative building is located, is combined with terraced landscape elements and the city park grounds. In general, according to the Master Plan, the construction of 2 administrative buildings in the city administrative centre is planned. Both buildings are designed in a modern style. Construction work is planned to begin in 2025.
