The Civil Guard of Cantabria has arrested a man for allegedly recording with a mobile phone players – some of them minors – of a football team while they were in the changing room of the municipal pavilion of Villaescusa after a match played on Saturday last year, as reported by the Civil Guard of Cantabria. El Diario Montañés reported.
The events and the arrest took place after the meeting, around 7 p.m., and the suspect was released after crossing the barracks, as Europa Press learned from sources close to the case and the investigation.
Specifically, the complaint was filed by the players of the visiting team, Club Sportivo Oceja (Santillana del Mar), who, after the match played at La Concha de Villaescusa, saw a mobile phone recording in the changing room of the municipal pavilion.
Apparently, the terminal belongs to the prisoner and there are also “other videos” on it. In addition, as this agency has learned, the person concerned has already been denounced for sexual abuse of a minor, although he was acquitted after the trial held before the Provincial Court of Cantabria. The sentence, ratified by the Superior Court of Justice of this autonomous community, is not yet final, since the appeal presented to the Supreme Court is awaiting resolution.
