Oku.Az informs that by order of the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Autonomous Republic Hasan Seyidov, Kamandar Asaf oglu Alekbarov was appointed head of the Office of the Ministry of Culture of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
It should be noted that until this appointment Kamandar Alakbarov worked as head of the personnel and general affairs sector of the Ministry.
