In Moscow, two more foreign citizens have been detained for starting a mass brawl on Zhulebinsky Boulevard, the press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction announced today, September 2.
“Taking into account the position of the Kuzminsk interdistrict prosecutor’s office, the court detained two participants in the fight on Zhulebinsky Boulevard. The men were charged under paragraph 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism),” — the press service reported in a statement.
A fight involving 23 migrants took place on Zhulebinsky Boulevard. Police who arrived at the scene detained several participants, and all the attackers were later identified and detained. Police reported that 10 visitors were in Russia illegally and faced deportation out of the Russian Federation.
The establishment of all circumstances and the progress of the criminal investigation are under the control of the prosecution.
