Clean Hands Denounces Vita Mayor for Alleged Crimes of ‘Apology and Sexual Assault’

The Manos Limpas union filed a complaint this Monday against the mayor of Vita, Antonio Martin Hernandez, before the High Court of Ávila for alleged crimes of “apology and sexual assault and sexual abuse, with the aggravating circumstance of referring to a minor.”

In the letter, they state that “in case it is a political issue, it could be covered by the right to freedom of expression“However, as they explain, the song has no political motivation and it is serious that the accused in this case is a public authority. “He must set an example in terms of legal and moral behavior,” they say.

Likewise, the union led by Miguel Bernad indicates that in order to file the said complaint, it is protected by the Article 262 of the Code of Civil Procedure which characterizes the following: “Those who, by reason of their functions, professions or trades, become aware of a public offence, will be required to immediately inform the public prosecutor, the competent court, the investigating judge and, failing that, the municipality or the police officer closest to the scene if it is a flagrant offence.

“Before the unacceptable facts featuring the mayor of LifeAntonio Martín, who is not a member of the Popular Party, will leave the PP Municipal Group. We reiterate our commitment against any humiliating attitude towards women and minors,” the PP of Avila published on social networks.

For his part, the president of the Junta de Castilla y León, Alfonso Fernandez Manuecosaid that the statements of the mayor of Vita are “absolutely intolerable” and referred to the actions that the PP of Ávila has already taken to expel him from the party.

This unfortunate event occurred last Sunday during the festivities of the municipality of Avilés. There, Martín Hernández, on stage, began to sing a song that said: “I found a girl alone in the forest, I took her by the hand and I took her to my bed.” “I lifted her skirt and pulled down her panties.”.

Then, and after repeating this several times choirThe lyrics continue: “The first Caliqueño chased her away. The second Caliqueño expelled her. In the third, there was no more milk.
